16-25 hours of kinder for children in priority groups from 2026

From 2026 children identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, from a refugee or asylum seeker background, or who have had contact with Child Protection services will have access to up to 25 hours of free kindergarten per week.
